Heletto Garbole
Garbole

Heletto 2013

45,00 €
· 75 cl

Rosso Veneto IGP — 50% Veronese Corvina and Corvinone, 50% other native varieties. Manual harvest in mid-September over 35–40 days, 20–30 days of drying in wooden trays. Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation, then 36 months in new barrels and at least one year in bottle.

On the nose

Deep, impenetrable ruby. Plum, cherry, candied amarena and almond, balsamic streak and fresh mint, vanilla, coffee, chocolate and liquorice.

On the palate

Full-bodied, powerful, enveloping, dry and savoury. Long gusto-olfactory persistence carried by a fine acidity that keeps everything fresh.
