Arquata Umbria Rosso is a carefully selected cuvée from Adanti, rooted in Umbria. Built around Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, it expresses Umbria IGT with clarity, balance and a precise sense of place. The style favours texture, freshness and a refined finish, making it suitable both for immediate enjoyment and for considered food pairings.
Expressive and clean, with fruit, floral and mineral notes shaped by Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Umbria.
Balanced on the palate, combining freshness, texture and length. Serve at 16 °C; it can evolve beautifully until 2028.
